This article elaborates on the major repair,start-up,abnormal period management,as well as the problems,measures,and precautions in normal production of 145 phosphorus pig iron cast and assembled cathode electrolytic cells of Henan Hengkang Aluminum Industry Co.,Ltd.,providing relevant experience and suggestions for the subsequent series of use of phosphorus pig iron cast and assembled cathodes,achieving the goal of stable,efficient,low energy,and economic operation of the electrolytic cells.
