锡尾矿陶瓷固化技术探索

摘要 云锡公司存有砂锡尾矿约3.5亿吨,由于原矿床成因不同,锡尾矿性质差异大,共伴生组分复杂,对锡尾矿的综合利用一直是一个较难攻克的难关。本次使用陶瓷固化技术固化锡尾矿的试验,通过对不同种类固化剂配比及掺量的研究及固化后的尾矿无侧限抗压强度测试试验得出的结果,表明固化后的尾矿浆在物理、力学、土工特性和长期性能上满足了筑坝材料的要求及干式堆存的技术要求,为锡尾矿的综合利用提供了另一个方向。 Yunnan Tin Company has about 350 million tons of sandy tin tailings.Due to different origins of the original deposits,the properties of the tin tailings vary greatly,and the associated components are complex.The comprehensive utilization of tin tailings has always been a difficult hurdle to overcome.The experiment using ceramic solidification technology to solidify tin tailings showed that the cured tailings slurry met the requirements of dam construction materials and dry storage technology in terms of physical,mechanical,geotechnical properties and long-term performance through the study of different types of curing agent ratios and amounts,as well as unconfined compressive strength testing after curing.This provides another direction for the comprehensive utilization of tin tailings.
