This paper summarizes and synthesizes the ecological restoration technologies and the latest research progress in mining areas by reviewing a substantial number of related literature.It explores the concepts,measures,and approaches of ecological restoration in mining areas,and elaborates on the main characteristics and applicable scopes of various current technologies for geological environment restoration,soil remediation,and vegetation reconstruction in mines.The paper systematically examines the limitations of mining ecological restoration technologies and scientifically forecasts future research directions in this field.In practical mining ecological restoration,a combination of multiple restoration technologies is often required to achieve optimal results.This comprehensive review and systematic introduction of ecological restoration technologies provide valuable references for accelerating subsequent research on mine ecological restoration technologies in China and offer a scientific basis for improving the ecological environment of mining areas.
