百年师范校史中红色教育家精神:内涵要义、价值意蕴与培育路径

摘要 百年师范校史中红色教育家精神是中国教育家精神在特定历史时期的具体体现,其内涵要义至少包括:一是内蕴“南学津梁”的大格局,二是“坚持民主教育和优良革命传统”的深情怀,三是“教学、科研、生产劳动相结合”的实方法,四是“德育为先、躬行践履”的厚德行,五是“破旧立新、勇于探索”的新视野,六是“坚守初心、笃志师范”的恒信念。这种精神超越时空、跨越地域,是所有师范院校共同的文化遗产,在当下对培育时代新人、推动学校发展及助力民族复兴都有着积极意义。为了更好地弘扬这种精神,学校应从以课育人、以文化人、以行塑人层面探索培育路径:融入课程体系,深化学生对红色教育家精神的理解;营造校园文化,内化学生对红色教育家精神的认同;依托社会实践,强化学生对红色教育家精神的践行。 The revolutionary educator spirit in the century-old history of normal schools is the concrete embodiment of the spirit of Chi⁃nese educator in a specific historical period,its connotation at least includes the following.Firstly,it embodies the grand vision of being a“bridge and beam”in southern learning,secondly,it harbors deep feelings for“adhering to democratic education and excellent revo⁃lutionary traditions”,thirdly,it adopts practical methods of“combining teaching,scientific research,and productive labor”,fourthly,it upholds the noble virtue of“prioritizing moral education and practicing what one preaches”,fifthly,it embraces a new perspective of“breaking with old ways and daring to explore”,and lastly,it maintains the steadfast belief of“staying true to our original aspiration and devoting ourselves to teacher education”.This spirit transcends time and space,crosses geographical boundaries,and is a common cultural heritage of all teacher education institutions.It holds positive significance for cultivating new talents of the era,promoting school development,and aiding in national rejuvenation.In order to carry forward this spirit better,schools should explore the cultiva⁃tion path from the aspects of educating people with lessons,educating people with culture and shaping people with actions,that is,inte⁃grate it into the curriculum system to deepen students’understanding of the revolutionary educator spirit,build campus culture,and then internalize students’recognition of the revolutionary educator spirit,and rely on social practice,strengthen students’practice of the revolutionary educator spirit.
