森林抚育存在的问题及改进措施——以千阳县为例

Problems of Forest Tending and Improvement Measures——Take Qianyang County as an Example

森林抚育是提高森林林分质量,促进林木个体同林分群体健康生长的有效途径,可以有效地修补“生态窟窿”,提升林地生产力、承载力和支持力,培育稳定健康森林生态系统,为县域经济社会发展提供数量更多的生态产品和质量更优的生态服务。结合多年来千阳县森林抚育实践,总结了森林抚育在剩余物处置、作业设计不精细、技术工人缺乏和政策限制等方面存在问题,提出了科学编制作业设计、加强技术培训力度、强化日常监管和加强剩余物综合利用等合理建议。

Forest tending is to improve the quality of forest stands,promote the effective way of individual forest groups healthy growth,can effectively repair"ecological hole",improve forest productivity,bearing capacity,support,foster stable healthy forest ecosystem,for the county economic and social development to provide more ecological products and better quality of ecological services.Combined with the practice of forest tending in Qianyang County over the years,the problems in the disposal of residues,poor operation design,lack of technical workers and policy restrictions are summarized,and reasonable suggestions such as scientific preparation of operation design,strengthening technical training,strengthening daily supervision and strengthening comprehensive utilization are put forward for residues.
