摘要
该论文以海南职业技术学院旅游学院为背景,探讨高职院校教师企业挂职锻炼的重要性和教师挂职锻炼存在的问题。针对挂职存在的问题,从建立合理选派机制、明确挂职目的和任务和完善挂职锻炼的管理和考核机制等方面进行探讨。
Based on the background of Tourism College of Hainan Vocational University,this paper discusses the importance and problems of the training of the teachers in the enterprises of higher vocational colleges,For the problems,This paper also discusses the establishment of a reasonable selection mechanism,the purpose and task of serving the temporary positions in enterprises of teachers,and the improvement of Management and Assessment of the mechanism of serving the temporary positions in enterprises of teachers and so on.
