构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制是中国共产党在科学研判国内外经济发展环境基础上提出的重大改革任务,党的二十届三中全会明确其为中国式现代化的重要保障,并设定了二○三五年全面建成这一体制的改革任务。该体制通过高和谐关系、高价值目标、高调控能力和高创新动力,展现了中国经济在全面深化改革中应对全球性挑战的系统性优势。其理论与制度优势体现在能够增强经济韧性与稳定性、推动创新驱动与科技进步、完善市场秩序与法治环境、拓展国际合作与战略布局,为中国式现代化提供坚实支撑。在路径选择上,可以通过理论与实践的全面统一、创新政策的渐进推广、国内国际的双向联动,以及短期效应与长期战略的平衡,构建起支撑保障中国式现代化的系统框架。

Building a high-standard socialist market economy is a major economic strategy proposed by the Communist Party of China based on a scientific assessment of domestic and international economic development.The third plenary session of the 20th CPC Central Committee explicitly identifies this system as an important guarantee for Chinese modernization and has set a goal to fully establish it by 2035.This system,through high levels of harmony,value orientation,regulatory capacity,and innovative drive,demonstrates the systematic advantages of the Chinese economy in responding to global challenges during comprehensive reform.Its theoretical and institutional strengths lie in enhancing economic resilience and stability,driving innovation and technological progress,improving market order and the legal environment,and expanding international cooperation and strategic initiatives,thereby providing robust support for Chinese modernization.In terms of path choice,the system can construct a framework to support and safeguard Chinese modernization through the comprehensive integration of theory and practice,the gradual promotion of innovative policies,the dual linkage between domestic and international contexts,and the balance between short-term effects and long-term strategies.
