可用于婴幼儿食品的动物双歧杆菌乳亚种研究进展

Research progress of Bifidobacterium animalis subsp.lactis that can be used in infant foods

动物双歧杆菌乳亚种是一类重要的益生菌,具有改善便秘、炎症和免疫调节等益生作用。目前我国公布的《可用于婴幼儿食品的菌种名单》中有14株菌,其中3株为动物双歧杆菌乳亚种,分别为HN019、Bi-07以及BB12。虽然针对动物双歧杆菌乳亚种的研究较多,但缺乏系统性总结。本文综述了国内外最新的研究成果,聚焦可用于婴幼儿食用动物双歧杆菌乳亚种的安全性评估和益生特性分析,为婴幼儿益生菌株进一步研发和应用提供理论依据。

Bifidobacterium animalis subsp.lactis is an important type of probiotic bacteria,which has the benefits on improving constipation,inflammation and immune regulation.At present,there are 14 strains of bacteria in the“list of strains that can be used in infant and young children’s food”published by China,among which three strains are Bifidobacterium animalis subsp.lactis,namely,HN019,Bi-07 and BB12,respectively.Although there are many studies on Bifidobacterium animalis subsp.lactis,there is a lack of systematic summarization.Therefore,this article reviews the latest research results at home and abroad,focusing on the safety assessment and probiotic characteristics analysis of Bifidobacterium animalis subsp.lactis,which can be used for infants and young children,aiming to provide theoretical basis for the further development and application of infant strains.
