新中国成立以来,高校思政课建设相继经历了起步建构、曲折停滞、改革探索与深化创新的几个发展阶段。回望75年波澜壮阔的历史进程,高校思政课建设积累了以下宝贵经验:在领导机制上,必须坚持党对高校思想政治工作和思政课建设的统一领导;在根本任务上,必须坚持“立德树人”的目标导向;在理论依托上,必须加强思想政治教育和马克思主义理论的学科建设;在教学内容上,必须及时吸收马克思主义中国化时代化的最新成果;在人才保障上,必须重视高校思政课的师资队伍建设。展望未来,高校思政课建设应在课程建设格局上,系统推进“大思政课”建设;在课程内容体系上,将中华优秀传统文化融入其中;在课程教学方式上,构建平等交流的引导式教学;在课程工具支撑上,充分借助数字技术的有效赋能,以全面深化高等教育改革。

Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,the construction of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities has experienced several stages of development:initial construction,tortuous stagnation,reform exploration and deepening innovation.Looking back on the magnificent historical process of 75 years,the construction of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities has accumulated the following valuable experience.In the leadership mechanism,we must adhere to the Communist Party of China’s unified leadership of ideological and political work and ideological and political courses construction in colleges and universities.On the fundamental task,we must adhere to the goal orientation of moral education and talent cultivation.For the theoretical support,we must strengthen ideological and political education and the subject construction of Marxist theory.In the teaching content,we must promptly absorb the latest achievements of Marxism’s modernization in China.On the guarantee of talents,we must attach importance to the construction of the teaching staff of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities.Looking forward to the future,the construction of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities should systematically promote the construction of“grand ideological and political courses”in the course construction pattern.In the course content system,the excellent traditional Chinese culture should be integrated.In the course teaching mode,the guided teaching based on equal communication should be constructed.On the support of curriculum tools,the effective empowerment of digital technology should be made full use of to comprehensively deepen the reform of higher education.
