高效电化学浮选技术在金属矿浮选工艺中的应用研究

摘要 高效电化学浮选技术是一种新型的金属矿浮选工艺,该技术通过在浮选过程中引入电化学反应,如电解、电沉积等,改变矿石表面的电荷性质,从而调控矿石与浮选剂之间的吸附和冶金反应,进一步提高浮选效率和选别效果。这种技术具有高选择性、高回收率和低能耗的特点,对于一些难选、复杂矿石的处理具有重要意义。本次研究旨在探讨高效电化学浮选技术在金属矿浮选工艺中的应用,研究了其对提高选别效率和节约资源的潜力。 Efficient electrochemical flotation technology is a new type of metal ore flotation process,which introduces electrochemical reactions such as electrolysis,electrodeposition,etc.during the flotation process to change the surface charge properties of the ore,thereby regulating the adsorption and metallurgical reactions between the ore and the flotation agent,further improving the flotation efficiency and separation effect.This technology has the characteristics of high selectivity,high recovery rate,and low energy consumption,which is of great significance for the processing of some difficult to select and complex ores.The purpose of this study is to explore the application of efficient electrochemical flotation technology in metal ore flotation processes,and to investigate its potential for improving separation efficiency and conserving resources.
