铜铅锌多金属矿矿物学特征及浮选工艺研究

摘要 铜锌矿是我国重要矿产资源,有着很高的开发价值,也为众多行业提供了原材料供应。为提升铜锌矿资源的高效利用,选择了多种分析方法,开展了较为全面的工艺矿物学研究,并且对浮选工艺探究。结合试验结果可知,选择的样品产生一定氧化,尤其是铜氧化程度较高。在该矿山资源中,其矿物种类丰富,拥有多种具有回收价值的金属矿。基于这些研究后,能够明确铜锌矿的矿物学特征,也提出了符合要求的浮选工艺,为铜锌矿资源开发利用提供参考价值。 Copper zinc ore is an important mineral resource in China,with high development value and providing raw material supply for many industries.In order to enhance the efficient utilization of copper zinc ore resources,multiple analysis methods have been selected,and comprehensive process mineralogy research has been carried out,as well as exploration of flotation processes.Based on the experimental results,it can be concluded that the selected sample undergoes certain oxidation,especially with a high degree of copper oxidation.In this mining resource,there are abundant mineral types and various metal ores with recycling value.Based on this research,the mineralogical characteristics of copper zinc ore can be clarified,and a flotation process that meets the requirements has been proposed,providing reference value for the development and utilization of copper zinc ore resources.
