摘要
离子型稀土矿是我国稀土矿资源的重要成因类型之一,具有连片成带分布特征,对于原地浸出具有良好的先决条件,通过试验显示:离子型稀土矿的浸出效率受浸出剂种类及浓度、浸出液固比、浸出矿层高度等因素控制。同时,得出研究区的矿石采用1.5%浓度硫酸铵作为浸出剂,在矿层高度为1.2m、浸出液固比为0.6L/kg的条件下浸出效果最佳。
Ionic rare earth ore is one of the important types of rare earth mineral resources in China,which has the characteristics of continuous banding distribution,and has a good prerequisite for in-situ leaching,and the test shows that the leaching efficiency of ionic rare earth ore is controlled by the type and concentration of leaching agent,the solid ratio of leaching solution,and the height of the leaching ore layer.At the same time,it was concluded that 1.5%concentration of ammonium sulfate was used as the leaching agent for the ore in the study area,and the leaching effect was the best under the conditions of 1.2m height and 0.6L/kg of leaching solution-solid ratio.
