摘要
针对聚合物基柔性传感器良好的曲面共性及轻、柔、韧等特性,总结了面向智能可穿戴纺织品的聚合物基柔性传感器的研究进展。介绍了柔性传感器用聚合物的分类,包括导电聚合物和柔性介电聚合物。综述了柔性物理传感器和柔性化学传感器的分类及其研究进展,并梳理了其在健康运动检测、人机交互和虚拟现实/增强现实中的应用。分析了柔性传感器在发展过程中存在的技术瓶颈。认为:导电聚合物的弹性基底为柔性压力、温度、湿度、汗液及气体传感器提供了基础,与纺织品的集成可长时间连续提供多种电信号,为实现织物智能可穿戴提供了可能。
Aimed at better curved surface commonality and property such as lightness,flexibility and toughness of polymer-based flexible sensors,the research progress of polymer-based flexible sensors for smart wearable textiles was summarized.The classification of polymers for flexible sensors were introduced,including conductive polymer and flexible dielectric polymer.The classification of flexible physical sensors and flexible chemical sensors and their research progress were summarized,their applications in health and motion detection,human-computer interaction and virtual reality/augmented reality were sorted out.The technology bottlenecks in the development of flexible sensors were analyzed.It is considered the elastic substrate of conductive polymers provides the basis for flexible pressure,temperature,humidity,perspiration and gas sensors.The integration with textiles could provide electrical signals continuously for long period of time,which offers the possibility of realizing smart wearability with fabrics.
