基于改进蚁群算法的细纱锭位巡检策略

摘要 为提高纺纱车间质量落后细纱锭子的巡检效率,对管纱问题形成闭环管理,在管纱追溯系统已追溯到疵管所对应细纱机台号和锭子号的条件下,建立了以细纱锭位巡检路径最短为目标函数的细纱锭位巡检模型,利用蚁群算法对其进行求解并对传统蚁群算法进行了改进。试验结果表明:在细纱长车上待巡检细纱锭位聚集、分散分布的情况下改进蚁群算法规划出的细纱锭位巡检路径长度比传统蚁群算法分别平均缩短了6.95%和12.05%,在细纱短车上待巡检细纱锭位聚集、分散分布的情况下其规划出的细纱锭位巡检路径长度比传统蚁群算法分别平均缩短了14.96%和19.50%,能够显著提升质量落后细纱锭子的巡检效率。认为:基于改进蚁群算法的细纱锭位巡检策略更加适用于细纱短车待巡检维护细纱锭位分布较为分散的情况。 In order to improve the inspection efficiency of spinning spindles with poor quality in spinning workshops and to form a closed-loop management for tube yarn problems,under the condition that the tube yarn tracing system had traced back to the corresponding spinning frame table number and spindle number of defective tubes,an inspection model for spinning spindle with the shortest inspection path as the objective function was established,which was solved by ant colony algorithm and improved by traditional ant colony algorithm.The experimental results showed that the inspection path length of the spinning spindle planned with improved ant colony algorithm was shortened by 6.95%and 12.05%,respectively,compared with the traditional ant colony algorithm when the spindle positions on the spinning long cart were clustered and distributed.The path length of spindle inspection planned was 14.96%and 19.50%shorter than that of traditional ant colony algorithm,respectively,when the spindle positions on the spinning short cart were clustered and distributed.The inspection efficiency on the quality of backward spindle was significantly improved.It is considered that the spinning spindle inspection strategy based on the improved ant colony algorithm is more suitable for the situation that the distribution of spinning spindle to be inspected and maintained is scattered for spinning short cart.
