摘要
为解决纯棉织物易滋生细菌及耐用性能差的问题,通过将天然抗菌剂姜黄素(CUR)封装在羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)中制备CUR/HP-β-CD包合物,并采用浸渍法将其整理到新疆长绒棉织物上,开发了负载姜黄素/羟丙基-β-环糊精纯棉抗菌面料。在CUR/HP-β-CD包合物质量占织物总质量分别为3%、5%和7%时整理织物,测试了织物的抑菌性、安全性及耐用性、色牢度、吸湿发热性能。结果表明:CUR/HP-β-CD包合物质量为织物总质量7%时,织物洗涤20次、50次、100次后对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、肺炎克雷白氏菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌效果明显,分别为99%、96%、92%、95%;断裂强力经向为834.3 N,纬向为735.1 N,起毛起球性能达到4-5级,水洗尺寸变化率经向为-1.3%,纬向为-3.3%;整理前后织物耐水、耐汗渍、耐皂洗、耐摩擦、耐光色牢度无变化,色牢度保持性良好,织物最高升温值为8.9℃,30 min内平均升温值为6.0℃,具有吸湿发热性能,服用性能和安全性能良好。
To solve the problem of pure cotton fabric bacterial growth and worse durability,CUR/HP-β-CD complexes were prepared by encapsulating the natural antibacterial agent curcumin(CUR)in hydroxypropyl-βcyclodextrin(HP-β-CD)with cavity structure,and the CUR/HP-β-CD complexes were processed on Xinjiang long-staple cotton fabrics by impregnation method.Antibacterial,safety and durability,color fastness,moisture absorption and heat generation performance of the finished fabric were tested when CUR/HP-β-CD complexes were the total fabric mass 3%,5%and 7%.The results showed that the finished fabricafter 20 times,50 times and 100 times of washing,still had obvious antibacterial effect on Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli,Klebsiella pneumoniae and Candida albicans,the inhibition rates were 99%,96%,92%and 95%respectively.The fabric warp breaking strength was 834.3 N,the fabric weft breaking strength was 735.1 N.The fabric pilling and fuzzing performance was reached level 4-5.Warp dimensional stability to washing was-1.3%,weft dimensional stability to washing was-3.3%.After finishing,the fabric resistant to water,sweat stains,soap washing,friction and light with no change in color fastness.Fabric maximum heating value was 8.9℃,average heating value in 30 min was 6.0℃,the fabric has better moisture absorption and heat generation performance,better wearing performance and safety performance.
