耐高温水刺擦拭材料的开发及性能研究

摘要 为开发新型耐高温水刺擦拭非织造材料,制备了纯PI、纯PPS、纯PPSO和5∶5的PI/PPS、PI/PPSO共5种耐高温水刺擦拭材料,并测试了材料的力学性能、柔软性、阻燃性、耐磨性、吸水吸油性等。结果表明:PI水刺非织造材料抗弯刚度达6.620 mN·cm,与PPSO复合后改善至3.365 mN·cm;PPS水刺非织造材料的吸水率不足400%,与PI复合后吸水率提升至600.8%,达到了合格品标准要求。PPSO水刺非织造材料与PI纤网复合后纵横向断裂强力分别提高15.1%、39.8%,纵横向续燃时间分别由23.5 s、20.5 s降至1.15 s、1.00 s。5种试样的吸油率均大于1000%,磨损率差异不大。认为:开发的试样可用作飞行器发动机、高温制造工业等场景的耐高温擦拭材料,可拓宽3种纤维在民用领域的相关应用。 In order to develop new type high-temperature resistance spunlace wiping nonwovens,five different types of high-temperature spunlace wiping materials were prepared using pure PI,pure PPS,pure PPSO,PI/PPS 50/50 and PI/PPSO 50/50.Mechanical property,flexibility,flame retardancy,wear resistance,water absorption and oil absorption of the materials were tested.The results showed that the bending stiffness of PI spunlace nonwovens was reached 6.620 mN·cm,after composited with PPSO the number was improved to 3.365 mN·cm.The water absorption rate of PPS spunlace nonwovens material was less than 400%,after composited with PI the number was increased to 600.8%,which could reach the standard of qualified products.The longitudinal and transverse breaking strength of PPSO spunlace nonwovens and PI fiber mesh was increased by 15.1%and 39.8%,respectively,the longitudinal and transverse refueling time were reduced from 23.5 s and 20.5 s to 1.15 s and 1.00 s,respectively.The oil absorption rate of the 5 materials were all above 1000%,the difference in wear rate were not large.It is considered that the developed sample could be used as high-temperature wiping materials in aeroengine and high temperature manufacturing industry,application of the three types of fibers in the civilian field could be expanded.
