对医用脱脂棉下沉时间及吸水量试验的商榷

摘要 为了提高现有医用脱脂棉标准的适用性,参照YY/T 0330—2015《医用脱脂棉》,考察了医用脱脂棉松散程度、预处理湿度对其下沉时间及吸水量的影响。结果表明:吸水量受脱脂棉松散程度影响显著;未撕松组下沉时间及吸水量检测结果的稳定性显著高于人为撕松组;在固定温度下,医用棉球吸水性能受预处理湿度影响显著;各国医用脱脂棉标准的吸水性能试验中样品准备方法、预处理湿度条件、技术指标等存在一定差异。建议:适时更新修订YY/T 0330—2015《医用脱脂棉》中下沉时间及吸水量项目的试验方法及技术指标,结合不同国家药典中医用脱脂棉标准与YY/T 0330—2015的差异,提出符合我国国内产业及产品特点的新指标。 In order to improve the applicability of the existing standard for medical absorbent cotton,the effects of loose degree of medical absorbent cotton and the pretreatment humidity on its sinking time and water absorption were investigated with reference to YY/T 0330—2015 Medical absorbent cotton.The results show that the water absorption was affected by the loose degree of absorbent cotton obviously.The stability of sinking time and water absorption test results were significantly higher in the non-tearing group than in the human-tearing group.At a fixed temperature,the absorbency of medical absorbent cotton was significantly affected by the moisture content of the pretreatment.There were differences in sample preparation methods,pretreatment humidity conditions and technical indicators among national standards.It was suggested that the test methods and technical indicators of sinking time and water absorption in YY/T 0330—2015 Medical absorbent cotton,might be updated and revised in time.Combined with the differences between the YY/T 0330—2015 Medical absorbent cotton and different national pharmacopoeias,new indicators in line with the characteristics of domestic industry and products in China should be proposed.
