摘要
本研究旨在探讨生物碳在喀斯特坡耕地黄壤中对除草剂污染的生态效应,通过田间试验和室内化验相结合的方法,研究生物碳添加对土壤化学特性、生物学特性等黄壤生态效应的影响。结果表明:添加生物碳显著降低黄壤中除草剂的生物有效性,改善土壤营养环境,提升土壤肥力,增加土壤微生物多样性,促进作物生长和降解和吸附除草剂,从而减少除草剂对作物的影响作用。
The aim of this study was to investigate the ecological effects of biological carbon on herbicide pollution in yellow soil of karst slope cultivated land,and to study the effects of biological carbon addition on soil chemical and biological characteristics through feld experiments and laboratory tests.The results showed that the addition of biological carbon significantly reduced the bioavailability of herbicides in yellow soil,improved soil nutrient environment,increased soil fertility,increased soil microbial diversity,promoted crop growth,degraded and adsorbed herbicides,and thus reduced the toxic effects of herbicides on crops.
