贵州省水库标准化管理建设对策研究

Research on Countermeasures for Standardized Management and Construction of Reservoirs in Guizhou Province

随着新阶段水利高质量发展新要求的提出,水利部针对水库安全运行管理工作进行了安排部署,如何提高水库运行管理标准化水平成为关键问题。因此,为有效推进水库标准化管理建设,文章通过对水库运行管理现状调查,分析了水库标准化创建及实施过程中存在的问题,从完善工程设施、保障维养经费、健全标准化管理体系、加强技术力量能力建设、提升智能化水平以及强化工作保障等方面提出了相关对策建议,为水库工程科学有效的标准化管理提供参考。

With the proposal of new requirements for high-quality development of water resources in the new stage,the Ministry of Water Resources has made arrangements and deployments for the safe operation and management of reservoirs.How to improve the standardization level of reservoir operation and management has become a key issue.Therefore,in order to effectively promote the construction of standardized management in reservoirs,this article conducts a survey of the current situation of reservoir operation and management,analyzes the problems existing in the creation and implementation process of reservoir standardization,and proposes relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of improving engineering facilities,ensuring maintenance funds,improving standardized management system,strengthening technical capacity building,enhancing intelligence level,and strengthening work guarantee,Provide reference for scientific and effective standardized management of reservoir engineering.
