摘要
公立医院是青海省医疗服务体系的主体,近年来经过长期综合改革探索,青海省公立医院的发展历程已经到了从“量的积累”向“质的提升”转变的关键期。为推动公立医院高质量发展,2021年青海省出台了《青海省推动公立医院高质量发展实施方案》,开启了新一轮的医院改革发展计划。在此背景下,文章以青海省公立医院科技人才队伍建设为对象,分析了人才工作之于医院高质量发展的重要意义以及目前面临的问题,并结合方案执行3年以来省内取得的一些成效和优秀做法,就今后各级公立医院科技人才队伍建设提出了思考和建议。
Public hospitals are the main body of the medical service system in Qinghai Province,and after long-term comprehensive reform and exploration in recent years,the development process of public hospitals in Qinghai Province has reached a critical period of transformation from“quantitative accumulation”to“qualitative improvement”.In order to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals,Qinghai Province issued the“Implementation Plan for Promoting the High-quality Development of Public Hospitals in Qinghai Province”in 2021,opening a new round of hospital reform and development plan.In this context,this paper analyzes the importance of talent work to the high-quality development of hospitals and the current problems faced by the construction of scientific and technological talent teams in public hospitals,and puts forward thoughts and suggestions on the construction of scientific and technological talent teams in public hospitals at all levels in the future in combination with some achievements and excellent practices achieved in Qinghai Province since the implementation of the program for three years.
