摘要
在医疗卫生事业高速发展的背景下,进行组织变革是不可避免、更是必不可少的。护理团队作为医疗体系中的重要组成部分,进行组织变革、持续质量改进是确保患者安全、提升工作效率的关键因素。然而在快速且持续的变革中,出现的变革疲劳将是影响组织变革成功与否的关键。本文就变革疲劳的概念、影响因素、评估工具、变革疲劳的影响、缓解策略进行综述,以期为护理管理者识别护士的变革疲劳、优化变革方案、进行持续质量改进提供参考。
In the context of the rapid development of medical and health services,organizational change was inevitable and essential.As an important part of the healthcare system,organizational change and continuous quality improvement are key factors to ensure patient safety and improve work efficiency.However,in the midst of rapid and sustained change,change fatigue could be the key to the success of organizational change.This article reviewed the concept,influencing factors,evaluation tools,impact of change fatigue,and mitigation strategies of change fatigue,in order to provide a reference for nursing managers to identify change fatigue among nurses,optimize change programs,and carry out continuous quality improvement.
