摘要
充分考虑邢台市地形特征和防汛排涝工作的需求,基于Infoworks ICM模型构建了邢台市中心城区城市内涝淹没模型,并利用典型降雨个例对模型进行参数率定与验证.在此基础上,模拟2,5,10,30,50 a一遇1 h降雨工况下邢台城区内涝积水情况,结合积水深度和积水时间进行内涝灾害风险评估研究.结果表明:不同重现期的积水淹没区间均主要集中在0.1~0.3 m,淹没面积平均占比达到65%;在不同重现期降雨情况下,风险面积占比最大的均为低风险区,其次是中风险区和高风险区,平均面积占比依次为65%,23%和12%;随着降雨强度的增大,低风险区面积占比逐渐减小,而中、高风险区面积占比逐渐增大.
Taking full account of the topographical features of Xingtai city and the needs of flood prevention and drainage work,based on the Infoworks ICM model,a model of urban waterlogging in the downtown area of Xingtai is constructed,and the parameters of the model are calibrated and verified using typical rainfall cases.In the above,the flooding and accumulation of water in Xingtai urban area under the conditions of 1 h rainfall in 2,5,10,30,50 a are simulated,and the waterlogging disaster risk assessment research is carried out by combining the depth and time of water accumulation.The results show that the flooded zones of different return periods are mainly concentrated in 0.1~0.3 m,and the average inundation area accounts for 65 %.Under the conditions of rainfall in different return periods,the areas with the largest risk are low-risk areas,followed by medium-risk areas and high-risk areas,the average areas of which account for 65 %,23 % and 12 % respectively.With the increase of rainfall intensity,the proportion of low-risk areas gradually decrease,while the proportion of medium-risk and high-risk areas gradually increase.
