河北省居民心理健康素养水平及影响因素研究

Current status and influencing factors of residents’mental health literacy in Hebei province

目的评估河北省居民的心理健康素养水平,研究其影响因素。方法以河北省年满18周岁的常住居民作为调查对象,采用居民心理健康素养问卷入户进行面对面问卷调查。使用SPSS 25.0软件进行统计分析。结果河北省共调查城乡居民9805名,其中男性4717名,女性5088名。2020年河北省居民心理健康素养水平为8.0%。其中居民心理健康知识水平达标率为10.4%,居民心理健康意识和技能达标率为94.0%,居民常见心理疾病的识别和应对达标率为23.7%。多因素Logistic分析结果表明,性别、受教育程度、职业、个人月收入、是否饮酒是影响河北省居民心理健康素养水平的因素(P<0.05)。结论河北省居民心理健康素养水平低于全国平均水平,应重点加强男性、受教育程度较低、农民/教师/公务员/行政人员、个人月收入水平较低以及饮酒人群的心理健康素养水平。

Objective To explore current status and influencing factors of residents’mental health literacy in Hebei province.Methods A multi-stage stratified random sampling technique was employed to study individuals aged 18 and older who were permanent residents of Hebei province.The Residents’Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire was administered through a door-to-door survey.Statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25.0 software.Results A total of 9805 urban and rural residents were surveyed in Hebei province,including 4717 males and 5088 females.In 2020,the mental health literacy level of residents in Hebei province was 8.0%.Among them,the qualified rates of residents’mental health knowledge level,mental health awareness and skills,identification and response to common mental disorders were 10.4%,94.0%and 23.7%respectively.Multivariate logistic analysis results showed that gender,education level,occupation,personal monthly income,and drinking alcohol were the influencing factors for the mental health literacy level of residents in Hebei province(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health literacy level of residents in Hebei province is lower than the national average.Focus should be placed on strengthening the mental health literacy levels of males,residents with low education level,farmers/teachers/civil servants/administrative personnel,individuals with low monthly income and drinking alcohol.
