活力与秩序的有机统一是我国经济快速发展和社会长期稳定的重要原因。在迈向全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新发展阶段,需要处理好推进中国式现代化的一系列重要关系,而要建设一个兼具活力与秩序的社会,必须全面准确地把握活力与秩序有机统一的理论之维、历史之维、实践之维。活力与秩序作为透视、衡量和分析现代社会的一对关系性范畴,蕴含了生产力与生产关系、发展与稳定、权力与权利等多重辩证统一关系。我国社会的当代发展进程总体上经历了活力服从于秩序、秩序服务于活力、寓活力于秩序的三个阶段。中国要建设一个既充满活力又拥有良好秩序的社会,必须要通过持续深化改革、全面推进依法治国工作布局以及完善的社会治理共同体建构来实现。

The organic unity of vitality and order is an important reason for the two miracles of rapid economic development and long-term social stability in China.In the new development stage of comprehensively building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,it is necessary to properly manage a series of important relationships under the promotion of Chinese path to modernization.To build a society with both order and vitality,it is necessary to comprehensively and accurately grasp the theoretical,historical,and practical dimensions of the organic unity of vitality and order.Vitality and order,as a pair of relational categories for perceiving,measuring and analyzing modern society,imply multiple dialectical unity relationships between productive forces and relations of production,development and stability,power and rights,and so on.The contemporary development process of our society has gone through three stages:vitality obeys order,order serves vitality,and vitality is embedded in order.China aims to build a society that is both vibrant and well-ordered,which can be achieved through continuous deepening of reforms,comprehensive advancement of the work layout of rule of law,and the construction of a well-structured community for social governance.
