临床医学院教师队伍闭环管理实践与思考

摘要 临床教师是保障临床教学质量,培育优秀医学人才的中坚力量。对教师队伍进行闭环管理有助于推进各项培养、激励体系等层层落实,并通过反馈不断优化完善。本文深入分析临床教师队伍建设中的现实问题,阐述包括教师遴选、培养、激励、监督、评价、反馈及退出过程的闭环管理机制,并从加强顶层设计、落实管理责任及加强教师思政教育方面提出建议,力求为临床医学院师资队伍建设提供参考。 Clinical teachers are the backbone of ensuring the quality of clinical education and cultivating excellent medical talents.Closed-loop management of the faculty is beneficial for the implementation of various training and incentive systems,and continuously optimizing and improving through feedback.This article analyzes the current problems in clinical faculty construction,elaborates on the closed-loop management mechanism including teacher selection,training,motivation,supervision,evaluation,feedback,and exit processes,and provides suggestions for strengthening top-level design,implementing management responsibilities,and enhancing the faculty's ideological and political education,aiming to provide reference for the construction of clinical medical school's faculty.
