米非司酮片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗子宫异常出血的效果

Effect of Mifepristone Tablets Combined with Progesterone Capsules on Abnormal Uterine Bleeding

目的:分析米非司酮片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗子宫异常出血的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2023年5月菏泽市单县妇幼保健院收治的子宫异常出血患者88例,根据数字盲选法分为对照组与观察组,每组44例。对照组采用黄体酮胶囊治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合米非司酮片治疗。对比两组临床疗效、不良反应发生率、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、世界卫生组织生活质量测定简表评分。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P=0.001)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组(P=0.014)。治疗前,两组VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗15 d、1个月后,两组VAS评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组躯体、心理、社会、环境及综合评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组躯体、心理、社会、环境及综合评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮片联合黄体酮胶囊治疗子宫异常出血的效果显著,可缓解疼痛,减少不良反应,提高生活质量,值得应用。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Mifepristone tablets combined with progesterone capsules on abnormal uterine bleeding.Methods:A total of eighty-eight patients with abnormal uterine bleeding treated in Heze Shanxian Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2020 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to digital blind selection method,with forty-four cases in each group.The control group was treated with progesterone capsules,and the observation group was treated with Mifepristone tablets on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and World Health Organization Quality of Life score were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P=0.001).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group(P=0.014).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in VAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in physical,psychological,social,environmental and comprehensive scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the physical,psychological,social,environmental and comprehensive scores of the two groups increased,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Mifepristone tablets combined with progesterone capsules have a remarkable effect in the treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding,which can relieve pain,reduce adverse reactions and improve the quality of life.
