宣肺止嗽合剂联合利巴韦林治疗急诊病毒性肺炎的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Dispersing Lung and Stopping Cough Mixture Combined with Ribavirin in the Treatment of Emergency Viral Pneumonia

目的:分析宣肺止嗽合剂联合利巴韦林治疗急诊病毒性肺炎的临床效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2023年10月遵义市红花岗区人民医院急诊科收治的80例病毒性肺炎患者为研究对象,采用随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组采用利巴韦林治疗,观察组采用宣肺止嗽合剂联合利巴韦林治疗。对比两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、炎性因子水平及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.043)。观察组退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部啰音消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白细胞介素-6、超敏C反应蛋白、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平降低,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:宣肺止嗽合剂联合利巴韦林治疗急诊病毒性肺炎的效果较好,可快速改善患者症状,减轻炎性反应,且临床用药较为安全。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of dispersing lung and stopping cough mixture combining with ribavirin in the treatment of emergency viral pneumonia.Methods:Eighty patients with viral pneumonia admitted to the Emergency Department of Zunyi Honghuagang District People's Hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group using the randomized grouping method,with forty cases in each group.The control group was treated with ribavirin,and the observation group was treated with dispersing lung and stopping cough mixture combined with ribavirin.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,inflammatory factor level and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.043).The time for fever reduction,cough disappearance,and disappearance of lung rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,hypersensitive C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-αwere reduced in both groups,and the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Comparison of the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dispersing lung and stopping cough mixture combined with ribavirin is effective in the treatment of emergency viral pneumonia,which can rapidly improve the patient's symptoms,reduce the inflammatory reaction,and the clinical use of drugs is safer.
