摘要
无溶剂型有机硅绝缘浸渍漆具有优良的绝缘性能、流动渗透性、耐化学腐蚀性等一系列优点,但其漆膜的粘结强度、冲击强度、拉伸强度相对较低。该文通过不同官能度的PUA预聚体与无溶剂型有机硅绝缘浸渍漆混合后反应,得到了改性无溶剂型有机硅绝缘浸渍漆,并探讨了不同官能度PUA预聚体的添加量对漆膜的绝缘性能以及力学性能的影响。试验结果表明:PUA_(6)改性无溶剂型有机硅绝缘浸渍漆的绝缘性最好,PUA_(6)预聚体添加量为10%时,漆膜的力学性能最优。
Solvent-free silicone insulating impregnating varnish has a series of advantages such as excellent insulating properties,flow permeability,chemical corrosion resistance,etc.However,its adhesive strength,impact strength and tensile strength are relatively low.In this paper,the modified solvent-free silicone insulation impregnating varnish was obtained by mixing the multifunctional PUA prepolymer with solvent-free silicone insulation impregnating varnish.The influences of the amount of PUA prepolymer with different functional degree on the electrical and mechanical properties of the varnish films were discussed.The results show that the insulation properties of the solvent-free silicone insulating impregnating varnish film modified by PUA6 are the best.When the addition of PUA6 prepolymer is 10%,the mechanical properties of the varnish film are the best.
