球形水果自动套网装置设计与试验

Design and Test of Automatic Netting Device for Spherical Fruits

摘要 为了提高球形水果套网的自动化水平,以PLC为控制核心,设计了集机械结构和电气控制系统于一体的全自动球形水果自动套网装置,主要包括放置网套机构、限位输送装置、自动套网装置等,该装置能够自动实现球形水果输送、套网、自动落料。测试结果表明:该装置自动模式下套网速度15个/分钟,网套大面积损伤率在3.33%左右,套网合格率在96%以上,该装置套网速度达到设计要求,可以减少套网过程中网套的损伤率,降低人工劳动强度和生产成本。 In order to improve the automation level of spherical fruit netting,a fully automatic spherical fruit netting device integrating mechanical structure and electrical control system was designed with PLC as the control core.The device mainly includes a placement net cover mechanism,a limit conveyor device,an automatic net cover device,etc.The device can automatically realize the transportation,net cover,and feeding of spherical fruits.The test results show that under the automatic netting mode,the netting speed is 15 pieces/minute,the large-area damage rate of the netting is about 3.33%,and the netting qualification rate is over 96%.The networking speed of the device not only meets the design requirements,but also reduces the damage rate of the mesh during the installation process,lowers labor intensity and production costs.
