Demands for urban geological work to serve high-quality development under the new situation in Shanghai

城市地质工作是支撑上海超大城市高效能治理和高质量发展的重要工作。文章聚焦国家和地方重大战略实施,结合上海城市地质工作特点及存在的困惑,分析了城市地质工作支撑“双评价”和城市体检评估、推进地质环境监测与预警、统筹地质资源合理开发利用与保护、强化智慧地质建设、推动地质科技创新等方面的新需求,并提出加强基础地质研究及科技创新,开展精细化、多要素综合调查,推动城市地质工作“数智化”升级等新思考,以期为上海城市地质工作转型升级提供理论支撑。

Urban geological work is an important contributor to efficient governance and high-quality development of Shanghai mega-city.This article focuses on the implementation of major national and local strategies as well as the characteristics and existing difficulties of Shanghai's urban geological work.It analyzes the new demands for urban geological work in supporting"dual evaluation"and urban physical examination and evaluation,promoting geological environment monitoring and early warning,coordinating the rational development,utilization and protection of geological resources,strengthening smart geological construction and geological technology innovation.New ideas are proposed to strengthen basic geological research and technological innovation,carry out refined and multi-element comprehensive surveys,and promote the upgrading of urban geological work through digitalization.
