不同中间砧对‘鲁冠’梨树体生长和果实品质的影响

Effects of Different Inter-stocks on the Growth and Fruit Quality of‘Luguan’Pear

矮化密植可以实现轻简化栽培,是梨树生产的必然趋势。矮化砧木的选育和应用可以在一定程度上帮助实现矮化密植栽培。该文以豆梨为基砧,以OHF87、‘中矮3号’及自育砧木E-34和E6-94为中间砧,嫁接自育优异新品种‘鲁冠’,比较不同砧穗组合的嫁接亲和性及不同中间砧对树体生长、果实产量和品质的影响。结果表明,4个砧木与‘鲁冠’均具有良好的嫁接亲和性。其中E6-94显著矮化树体,果实产量及可溶性固形物含量高,较适合作‘鲁冠’的砧木。

Dwarfing and high-denstiy planting are the inevitable trends in pear tree production.The breeding and application of dwarfing rootstock can to a certain extent assist in achieving dwarfing and high-density planting of pear trees.In this study,an excellent new variety‘Luguan'was cultivated by grafting with Pyrus calleryana as the rootstock and OHF87,‘Zhongai 3'and E-34 and E6-94 as the inter-stocks.The grafting compatibility of different stock-scion combinations and the effects of different inter-stocks on the tree growth,fruit yield,and quality were compared.The results showed that all four rootstocks had good grafting affinity with‘Luguan'.Therefore,E6-94 is more suitable as a rootstock for'Luguan',with high fruit yield and soluble solids content,making it suitable as a rootstock for'Luguan'.
