摘要
为研究不同类型巷道中泡沫金属对阻抑瓦斯爆炸效果的影响,使用FLUENT软件对T型、十字型巷道中泡沫金属阻抑瓦斯爆炸的传播过程进行数值模拟,研究其阻抑瓦斯爆炸效果的影响。结果表明:T型巷道中,泡沫金属阻抑冲击波超压的衰减率区间为28.57%~35.41%,阻抑火焰传播速度的衰减率区间为22.46%~25.61%;十字型巷道中,泡沫金属阻抑冲击波超压的衰减率区间为14.15%~17.88%,阻抑火焰传播速度的衰减率区间为5.90%~12.29%,泡沫金属在T型巷道中阻抑瓦斯爆炸的效果更好。
This paper is an effort to investigate the influence of foam metal on inhibiting gas explosion in different types of roadways.By using FLUENT software,the study simulates the propagation process of foam metal inhibiting gas explosion in T-shaped and cross shaped roadways,and studies the effect of inhibiting gas explosion.The results show that in T-shaped roadways,the attenuation rate range of the foam metal inhibiting shock wave overpressure is 28.57%-35.41%,and the attenuation rate range of inhibiting flame propagation speed is 22.46%-25.61%.In cross tunnel,the attenuation rate range of foam metal inhibiting shock wave overpressure is 14.15%-17.88%,and the attenuation rate range of flame propagation speed is 5.90%-12.29%.Foam metal has better effect on restraining gas explosion in T-shaped roadway.
