摘要
全文针对建筑工程全寿命周期政信-减碳超级方法论及实施路径进行研究。该方法论旨在引领建筑业实现可持续发展和低碳转型,通过存量资产盘活、精细化管控和专业化技术能力,以及应用碳汇金融工具等手段,实现项目在不增加额外费用的情况下提前实现双碳指标的目标。全文探讨该方法论在建筑行业中的实际操作指南,包括存量资产盘活、不同运营模式的灵活应用以及PPP模式的发展历程等。此外,文章还以浙赣粤运河为例,探讨了该方法论在实践中的应用。总的来说,全文为建筑行业提供了一种创新的建筑工程管理方法,对于实现建筑业的清洁、安全、低碳城市的建设具有重要意义。
This paper studies the super methodology of building engineering life cycle-carbon reduction and its implementation path.The methodology aims to lead the construction industry to achieve sustainable development and low-carbon transformation,and achieve the goal of double-carbon targets ahead of schedule without additional costs by means of revitalizing existing assets,fine management and specialized technical capabilities,and applying carbon sink financial tools.This paper discusses the practical operation guide of this methodology in the construction industry,including the revitalization of existing assets,the flexible application of different operation modes and the development of PPP mode.In addition,taking the Zhejiang-Jiangxi-Guangdong Canal as an example,this paper discusses the application of this methodology in practice.Generally speaking,the full text provides an innovative construction project management method for the construction industry,which is of great significance for realizing the construction of a clean,safe and low-carbon city in the construction industry.
