摘要
文章利用建筑信息模型(BIM)进行模拟分析,针对团龙围屋的采光改造项目进行探讨。通过对团龙围屋现状的定量分析和基于现有建筑数据的数字化重建,在保留原有建筑特色的前提下设计了采光改进方案。该方案旨在改善光环境,确保公共空间的照明需求得到满足,同时避免强光对古建筑造成损伤。通过BIM技术对提出的方案进行模拟和验证,比较改变前后的采光效果。研究结果显示,此光照改进方案不仅满足了功能需求,同时显著优化了光环境,增强了活动区域的舒适度,更有效地吸引游客,并有助于当地经济和乡村振兴的推进。
This study addresses the lighting improvement project of the Tuan Long Wai House through simulation and analysis using Building Information Modeling(BIM).Through quantitative analysis of the current situation of Tuan Long Wai House and digital reconstruction based on existing building data,we designed a lighting improvement scheme while preserving the original architectural features.The program aims to improve the light environment and ensure that the lighting needs of public spaces are met,while avoiding damage to the ancient buildings caused by strong light.The proposed scheme is simulated and verified through BIM technology to compare the lighting effect before and after the change.The results show that this lighting improvement scheme not only meets the functional needs,but also significantly optimizes the light environment,enhances the comfort of the activity area,attracts tourists more effectively,and contributes to the promotion of local economy and rural revitalization.
