旧城滨江空间景观改造策略研究

Research on landscape renovation strategy of old city riverside space

旧城滨江公共空间更新是城市品质提升中的一个重要环节,而城市旧城区滨江空间景观更新改造往往面临多方面问题。结合福州两江四岸景观提升,以福州市闽江之心核心区青年广场改造为例,分析核心区现状存在问题,提出基于现状的旧城滨江空间景观改造再生策略,通过慢行空间贯连、滨江视野开拓、历史长河演绎、空间资源整合等相应措施解决滨江开放空间步道阻断、步行不友好、配套设施不完善、公共空间不开放、历史空间不突出、绿化不均衡等问题,为类似滨江旧城景观改造提供参考与借鉴。

The renovation of public spaces along the old city waterfront is an important part of improving urban quality,and the landscape renovation of riverside spaces in old city areas often faces various problems.Combining the improvement of the landscape of the two rivers and four banks in Fuzhou,this article takes the renovation of the Youth Square in the core area of Minjiang River in Fuzhou as an example to analyze the existing problems in the core area.Based on the current situation,a strategy for the renovation and regeneration of the old city’s riverside space landscape is proposed,which solves the problems of pedestrian obstruction,unfriendly walking,incomplete supporting facilities,closed public spaces,inconspicuous historical spaces,and uneven greening in the riverside open space through corresponding measures such as slow traffic space connection,riverside view expansion,historical river interpretation,and spatial resource integration.This provides reference and inspiration for similar riverside old city landscape renovation.
