摘要
贮矿场地通常占地面积大且因储运管理方式会导致各区的重量不同,特别是在地质环境较差的地方更容易产生地基不均匀沉降进而导致贮矿厂房变形。基于地勘资料利用ABAQUS数值仿真软件建立某一轴线的剖面模型,按照储运管理方案等效相关荷载分别计算设计方案及增高1 m条件下沉降、水平变形情况。基于上述计算结果分析和监控量测数据,分析其变形规律,对照现有监测方案进一步探明风险区域。建立风险区域结构理论模型,分析其变形特征,得出优化施工管理方案,减少贮矿场地的安全风险。
The storage site covers a large area and the weight of each area is different due to the storage and transportation management,especially in the place with poor geological environment,it is easier to produce uneven foundation settlement and deformation of the storage plant.Based on geological prospecting data,a section model of an axis was established by using ABAQUS numerical simulation software.The design scheme was calculated according to the equivalent related load of the storage and transportation management scheme,and the settlement and horizontal deformation under the condition of 1 m increase.Based on the above calculation results and monitoring measurement data,the deformation rules were analyzed,and the risk areas were further identified compared with the existing monitoring schemes.Establish the theoretical model of the structure of the risk area,analyze its deformation characteristics,and get the optimal construction management plan to reduce the safety risk of the mine storage site.
