摘要
装配式建筑具有高效、节能、环保等特点,随着绿色建筑及节能环保生态建筑概念的推广,装配式建筑得到越来越多的应用。校园装配式建筑既有利于新型建筑材料和绿色施工技术的推广应用,也利于推动校园可持续发展,实现绿色校园建设目标。通过对学校装配式建筑工程进行研究,分析该项目施工中遇到的重点难点和优化措施,讨论其相关装配构件设计施工技术和要点,以期能为类似项目设计施工技术提供参考。
Prefabricated buildings have the characteristics of high efficiency,energy saving,and environmental protection,with the promotion of green building and the concept of energy-saving and environmentally friendly ecological building,prefabricated buildings are getting more and more applications.Campus prefabricated buildings are not only conducive to the popularization and application of new building materials and green construction technology,but also conducive to promoting the sustainable development of campus and realizing the goal of green campus construction.Through the study of the school prefabricated building project,the key difficulties and optimization measures encountered in the construction of the project are analyzed,and the design and construction technology and key points of the related assembly components are discussed,in order to provide reference for the design and construction technology of similar projects.
