BIM建筑工程计量与计价课程项目化教学实践与探索

摘要 在应用型本科高校的人才培养中,强调学生掌握基础理论的同时,注重提升实践能力和职业素养,旨在培养具备实际操作能力和创新精神的高素质应用型人才。《BIM建筑工程计量与计价》作为工程管理专业的核心课程,基于项目教学法,通过理论教学、实际项目建模、工程量计算与造价汇总的全过程教学,旨在提高学生的BIM技术应用能力。以南京工程学院的教学改革为例,分析了《BIM建筑工程计量与计价》课程的现状,教学改革初见成效,学生在BIM相关竞赛中表现较好,但在实践教学资源和考核机制上仍有改进空间,进一步探讨了引入教、学、练一体化课堂、智能化在线教学平台、差异化实践项目训练和优化考核机制等措施,以提升学生专业实践和创新能力。 In the talent cultivation of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,while emphasizing students’mastery of basic theories,attention is also paid to improving practical abilities and professional qualities,aiming to cultivate high-quality application-oriented talents with practical operation abilities and innovative spirits.As a core course of engineering management major,BIM Construction Engineering Measurement and Pricing is based on the project teaching method.Through the whole-process teaching of theoretical teaching,actual project modeling,engineering quantity calculation and cost summary,it aims to improve students’application ability of BIM technology.Taking the teaching ref orm of Nanjing Institute of Technology as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of the BIM Construction Engineering Measurement and Pricing course.The teaching reform has achieved initial results.Students perform well in BIM-related competitions,but there is still room for improvement in practical teaching resources and assessment mechanisms.Further,measures such as introducing an integrated classroom of teaching,learning and practice,an intelligent online teaching platform,differentiated practical project training and optimizing the assessment mechanism are discussed to enhance students’professional practice and innovation abilities.
