摘要
为了提高无取向硅钢磁性及强度性能,需要从热处理及Cu元素添加方向,开展硅钢织构的试验研究。为此,从真空冶炼、铸造作业、热轧、模拟卷取、常化处理等方面,进行了试验及其要点分析,并借助背散射电子衍射技术(EBSD)对含Cu、不含Cu的高硅无取向硅钢进行了热处理的织构检测。通过对试验数据收集,研究了微量Cu元素对高硅无取向硅钢织构的影响,为硅钢性能提升奠定基础。
In order to improve the magnetic and strength properties of non oriented silicon steel,it is necessary to conduct experimental research on the texture of silicon steel from the directions of heat treatment and Cu element addition.To this end,experiments and key point analysis were conducted from vacuum smelting,casting operations,hot rolling,simulated coiling,and normalizing treatment,and texture detection of high silicon non oriented silicon steel with and without Cu was carried out through heat treatment using backscattered electron diffraction technology(EBSD).By collecting experimental data,the influence of trace Cu element on the texture of high silicon non oriented silicon steel was studied,laying the foundation for improving the performance of silicon steel.
