摘要
高炉炼钢是进行钢铁炼制重要的生产方式,在生产过程中,对资源及能源的消耗较大。针对高炉炼钢中的关键构件,采用不同的仿真分析形式对气密箱布料溜槽在不同倾角工况下的使用特性进行分析,为溜槽的使用优化提供参考,从而提高高炉炼钢的整体效率,减少能源消耗。
Blast furnace steelmaking is an important production mode of steel refining.In the production process,the consumption of resources and energy is large.According to the key components in blast furnace steelmaking,different simulation analysis forms are used to analyze the use characteristics of the distribution chute under different tilt conditions,so as to provide reference for the use optimization of the chute,improve the overall efficiency of blast furnace steelmaking and reduce energy consumption.
