型钢外观锈蚀质量控制技术研究

摘要 长钢型钢产线冷床宽度窄、冷却能力差,为保证型钢矫直温度不大于90℃,采取卧式喷雾冷却方式强制降温,上腹板积水使钢铁和水产生氧化反应,造成产品外观锈蚀严重。针对此问题,主要通过采取增加超快冷装置、提高热锯锯切能力、实现冷床立冷等一系列技术措施,有效地解决了型钢外观锈蚀问题。 In order to ensure that the straightening temperature of the section steel is not greater than 90 ℃,horizontal spray cooling method is adopted to force cooling.The water on the upper web causes oxidation reaction between the steel and water,resulting in serious corrosion of the product appearance.In this paper,a series of technical improvements such as increasing ultrafine cooling device,hot saw cutting ability and vertical cooling of cold bed are implemented to solve the appearance corrosion problem of steel.
