摘要
某钢企一炼钢厂小方坯连铸机生产冷镦钢过程中,出现钢液可浇性差的问题,具体表现为塞棒上涨、结晶器液面波动等。在连铸工序,对含铝冷镦钢的水口堵塞情况进行了分析,并依据分析结果查找出聚集物来源主要为Al_(2)O_(3)及CaS。针对此提出了解决方案并予以实施,有效减少了因水口堵塞造成的质量波动及生产事故的发生。
During the production of cold heading steel by a small billet continuous casting machine in a steel plant of a certain steel enterprise,there was a problem with the castability of the molten steel,which was manifested by the rise of the plug rod and the fluctuation of the crystallizer liquid level.In the continuous casting process,an analysis was conducted on the blockage of the water nozzle in aluminum containing cold heading steel,and based on the analysis results,it was found that the main sources of aggregates were Al2O3and CaS.A solution has been proposed to effectively reduce quality fluctuations and production accidents caused by clogged water outlets.
