基于红送辊道和智能保温坑的热轧材节能技术研究

摘要 针对炼钢连铸机与轧钢生产线布局较远、连铸生产节奏与轧钢生产节奏不匹配的问题,根据产线布局的实际情况,建设一条能够分比例输送的高速钢坯红送辊道,同时在一棒和高线配套建设能够自动进坑、出坑的智能保温坑,实现了钢坯通过辊道热送直接进炉、富余的红坯自动进坑保温、自动反坑入炉的无缝衔接,解决了连铸机和轧钢生产线生产节奏不匹配的问题。 In response to the situation where the layout of the steelmaking continuous casting machine and the steel rolling production line is far apart,and the rhythm of continuous casting production does not match that of steel rolling production,based on the actual layout of the production line,a high-speed steel billet red feeding roller conveyor that can be proportionally conveyed is constructed.At the same time,an intelligent insulation pit that can automatically enter and exit the pit is built in conjunction with the high-speed line,realizing seamless connection between steel billets directly entering the furnace through roller conveyor hot feeding,surplus red billets automatically entering the pit for insulation,and automatically reversing the pit into the furnace,solving the problem of mismatch between the production rhythm of the continuous casting machine and the production rhythm of the steel rolling production line.
