摘要
介绍了某钢炼钢厂北区1号、2号连铸机氢氧焰断火切割技术的整体设计理念及特点。通过该技术的应用,解决了以天然气为燃料的传统连铸坯火焰切割技术出现的割缝大、毛刺多及需保持长明火切割能耗高等缺点,达到提高铸坯断面质量、降低割损、节能减排及优化能源结构的目的。
This article introduces the overall design concept and characteristics of the hydrogen oxygen flame flame cutting technology for the No.1 and No.2 continuous casting machines in the northern area of a steel refining plant.Through the application of this technology,the shortcomings of traditional flame cutting technology for continuous casting billets using natural gas as fuel,such as large cutting gaps,multiple burrs,and the need to maintain long flame cutting energy consumption,have been solved.The goal is to improve the quality of the billet section,reduce cutting losses,save energy and reduce emissions,and optimize the energy structure.
