摘要
传统的无损检测方法在进行钢结构质量缺陷检测时均存在一定的局限性,超声相控阵技术作为一种新兴的无损检测手段,对于提高钢结构工程质量具有重要意义。在介绍超声相控阵技术原理的基础上,分析了其在钢结构检测中的优势,并通过具体实例展示了超声相控阵技术在钢结构工程质量缺陷检测中的应用效果,最后探讨了其在未来的发展趋势。
Traditional nondestructive testing methods have certain limitations in the detection of steel structure quality defects.Ultrasonic phased array technology,as a new nondestructive testing means,is of great significance for improving the quality of steel structure engineering.On the basis of introducing the principle of ultrasonic phased array technology,the advantages of ultrasonic phased array technology in steel structure inspection are analyzed,and the application effect of ultrasonic phased array technology in steel structure engineering quality defect detection is demonstrated by concrete examples.Finally,its development trend in the future is discussed.
