烧结淤泥灰改性磷酸镁水泥力学及耐久性能研究

摘要 磷酸镁水泥(MPC)是一种新型无机胶凝材料,具有快速硬化和高早期强度的特点,近年来被广泛应用。然而,其在工程应用中的应用潜力受到快硬、氯盐侵蚀和耐水性较差的阻碍。为了提高磷酸镁水泥的应用效果,针对以上问题,对烧结淤泥灰(SSA)改性磷酸镁水泥复合材料的凝结时间、力学性能、耐水性及抗氯离子侵蚀性等进行了研究。研究结果表明,随着SSA掺量的增加,MPC复合材料的凝结时间延长。力学强度在3 d与7 d龄期均有提高,结合耐水性分析,煅烧淤泥灰含量为10%时为较好水平。 Magnesium Phosphate Cement(MPC)is a new type of inorganic cementing material,which has the characteristics of fast hardening and high early strength,and has been widely used in recent years.However,its potential for engineering applications is hampered by fast hardening,chlorine salt erosion and poor water resistance.In order to improve the application effect of magnesium phosphate cement,aiming at the above problems,the setting time,mechanical properties,water resistance and chloride ion erosion resistance of SSA modified magnesium phosphate cement composite were studied.The results show that with the increase of SSA content,the condensation time of MPC composite is extended.The mechanical strength increases at both 3 d and 7 d ages.Combined with water resistance analysis,the calcined sludge ash content of 10%is a good level.
