摘要
文章分别对异形钢结构安装前期、中期及后期进行三维激光扫描,并进行BIM建模及精度控制,相比较传统使用自动全站仪的精度控制方法,克服了点状精度控制方法的不足,实现了“体状”钢结构实时精度检测与控制,满足了异形双曲钢结构高精度安装要求,可为类似工程提供借鉴。
The paper carries out 3D laser scanning,BIM modeling and accuracy control of heteromorphic steel structures respectively in the pre-installation,mid-installation and post-installation.Compared with the traditional accuracy control method using automatic electronic total station,it overcomes the shortcomings of the positional accuracy control method,realizes real-time accuracy detection and control of“body-shape”steel structure,and meets the requirements of the heteromorphic steel structure.It realizes real-time precision inspection and control of“body-shaped”steel structure and meets the requirement of high-precision installation of hyperbolic steel structure,which can provide reference for similar projects.
