Analysis of the current situation of governance system in electric power design enterprises and suggestions for optimization strategies

在新型电力系统建设任务艰巨和电力体制改革的大背景下,为了提高电力设计企业的核心竞争力,文章分析了电力设计企业治理体系现状,从完善法人治理结构和人力资源管理、党组织嵌入公司治理结构三个方面针对电力设计企业治理体系优化提出对策建议,旨在促进电力设计企业适应行业新变化,找准市场新需求,实现可持续性发展。

In the context of the arduous task of constructing a new power system and the reform of the power system,in order to improve the core competitiveness of power design enterprises,this paper analyzes the current situation of the governance system of power design enterprises,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing the governance system of power design enterprises from three aspects:improving the corporate governance structure and human resource management,and embedding party organizations into the corporate governance structure.The aim is to provide reference for power design enterprises to adapt to new changes in the industry,identify new market demands,and achieve sustainable development of enterprises.
