教育现代化背景下高校财务治理现代化改革路径探究

持续深入推进教育治理现代化不仅是高校践行党和国家重要的决策部署,也是实现自身高质量、内涵式发展的时代需要和客观需求。高校财务治理作为教育治理现代化的重要组成部分,在治理体系构建和治理能力提升方面仍存在极大探究空间。因此如何在统筹兼顾基础上,以新理念引领财务治理现代化改革,探究高校财务治理现代化路径,推动高校财务由“管”向“治”转变,全面提升治理效能,是高校财务治理现代化进程中面临的重要课题。

Continuously and deeply promoting the modernization of education governance is not only an important decision-making deployment of colleges and universities to implement the party and the state,but also the need of the times and objective needs to achieve their own high-quality and connotative development.As an important part of the modernization of education governance,there is still great room for exploration in the construction of governance system and the improvement of governance capacity.Therefore,on the basis of overall planning,how to lead the modernization and reform of financial governance with new concepts,explore the path of financial governance modernization in colleges and universities,promote the transformation of university finance from“management”to“governance”,and comprehensively improve the efficiency of governance are important topics faced in the process of financial governance modernization of colleges and universities.
