摘要
新钢中水深度处理及回用水项目利用处理达标后的全厂生产污水作为中水水源,采用全膜法/双膜法工艺(老区:超滤+反渗透+EDI,新区:超滤+反渗透+离子交换),产水供给全厂各用水户,既减少了污水排放量,又降低了吨钢新水消耗量。本文重点介绍了全膜法/双膜法工艺在该工程中的应用情况。
The advanced treatment and reuse of reclaimed water project in Xingang utilizes the treated production wastewater as the source of reclaimed water.The full membrane/double membrane process(old area:ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis+EDI,new area:ultrafiltration+reverse osmosis+ion exchange)is adopted to supply the water users throughout the plant,reducing both sewage discharge and the consumption of fresh water per ton of steel.This article focuses on the application of full membrane/double membrane processes in this project.
